This willingness has come about through a continued effort in research and development and since 2008 the creation of a R&D and software development department which now counts for over 15% of our workforce.
Openness and transparency in our relationship with our customers as with our products: Our aims are expressed through a strategy where all our developments link up with the existing computer systems of our customers, where the codes are open and belong to the customers themselves. Our partnerships with the scientific community add to our enthusiasm, allowing us to develop innovative products and services such as flash-conferences, E-Posters, scientific CMS, in order to meet all kinds of needs and requests.

Our organisation
CYIM puts the customer at the heart of the project.
The customer’s project manager has only one contact at CYIM during the development of their project. This project manager runs a small team at CYIM in order to ensure a high level of reactivity. This person is also in constant contact with the different departments: (software, design, and event planning) within the company so that we can meet the growing needs of our customers.
Today, CYIM has 35 employees who are organised into different services based on their competences.
- The service department deals with projects for our customers and carries out the everyday follow up of projects and works on developments. This division consists of project managers surrounded by a team of web developers and technicians.
- The graphic design department puts to use its creativity for your project. It includes ergonomists, illustrators, graphic designers and Flash experts.
- The software and R+D department is in charge of designing, enriching and researching innovating tools and solutions for our customers. Part of this team includes IT Engineers and software designers.
- The events and infra-structure department – ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of computer tools on the website and on line. This department consists of network and system administrators and audio-visual technicians.
