Data use policy by CYIM

CYIM commits to protecting your personal data when you are visiting our website and using our tools.

ARTICLE 1. SUBJECT


The purpose of this data use policy is to set out in a clear and transparent manner the manner in which CYIM (*), as data controller, collects, records, stores and communicates the personal data (hereinafter referred to as "the Data") of Internet users visiting its website www.cyim.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Users" or "the User").

CYIM undertakes to ensure that this policy, as well as the manner in which User Data is processed in practice, complies with the amended French Data Protection Act, as well as with the Data Protection Regulations.

ARTICLE 2. DATA COLLECTION


The Data that is collected from the site www.cyim.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is collected solely through collection forms, the fields of which are left to the User's discretion, as well as through the use of cookies (see ARTICLE 6. Cookies).

Each form present on the Site limits the collection of User Data to what is strictly necessary, i.e. to :

  • Civility
  • Name and surname
  • Email
  • Phone number

However, additional data may be collected by CYIM, independently of its will, when the User fills in the free fields left at his disposal on the Site or when he transmits his CV as well as his motivation letter to CYIM.

The Data that must be provided by the User or the User will not be able to access the functionalities offered on the Site are marked with an asterisk. Failure to respond to fields not marked with an asterisk does not prevent access to the Site's functionalities.

ARTICLE 4. HOSTING - SUBCONTRACTING - TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU


The website www.cyim.com and the Data collected through it are hosted in France, on CYIM's premises.

Nevertheless, for the collection of applications, CYIM uses the WERECRUIT recruitment platform. The Data collected in this context by this service provider is hosted at :

MICROSOFT AZURE - Microsoft Ireland Operations -

Dublin 18 Ireland.    

The service provider WERECRUIT has been chosen by CYIM because it offers sufficient guarantees in terms of Data protection, security and confidentiality. ARTICLE 5. USER'S DATA RIGHTS


In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Data Protection Regulations, the User has the following rights over his Data:

  • The right to withdraw his consent to the processing of his Data at any time;
  • The right to request access to his Data;
  • The right to request the correction or deletion of his Data;
  • The right to a limitation of the processing of the Data;
  • The right to object to the processing of his Data;
  • The right to the portability of the Data;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

ARTICLE 6. COOKIES


1 - CYIM uses various cookies on the Website in order to improve its content.

A "cookie" is an information file, generally made up of letters and numbers, installed on the User's personal equipment by the websites that the User visits.
The deposit of cookies allows CYIM to obtain the following information specific to the User: the origin of connections (the access provider), the IP address, the type and version of the browser used.

These cookies enable CYIM to analyse the traffic on the pages of the Site in order to improve the content.

The User's consent is materialised by the fact that the User continues to browse the Website after the information given by the cookie banner.

The information collected in this context and relating to the browsing of Users is not used by name. It is an aggregated statistic that enables us to know the most and least popular pages, the preferred paths, the activity levels per day of the week and per hour of the day, the main client or server errors.
