The use of mobile applications to access content has become essential today, providing a new form of continuous learning. This everyday companion has evolved into a professional tool. Currently, individuals spend nearly 4 hours per day on their phones. Smartphone usage has surpassed that of computers for content consumption, especially in professional settings. In 2021, 67% of online time was spent on mobile devices, and this figure has risen to 75% in 2022, compared to 15% for computers and 10% for tablets.
At CYIM, we have chosen to base our services and products on the actual behaviors of individuals, aiming to offer new and efficient solutions to our clients. We develop practical applications centered around content, eliminating time wastage in searching. Our philosophy is to create a reliable information bridge between society and experts, connecting experts to establish a true connected community. The goal of our internally developed applications is to become an essential tool in the daily lives of doctors and healthcare professionals.

Our event applications cater to all participants in a congress: attendees, speakers, and industry professionals. We were pioneers in making the application a companion used throughout the year for an enhanced experience beyond the physical event. Mobile and digital were considered tools for consultation, increasing audience engagement, session views, and replays by nearly 4 times. 44,701 users, with 62% on iOS and 38% on Android. First application deployed in 2021. 15 congresses in 2023.
